We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Graduate Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or final-year student to gain hands-on experience across various areas of human resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. You will work closely with HR professionals to support daily operations and contribute to key HR projects that impact the organisation.

• Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
• Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and analytics dashboards
• Assist with training and development programs and materials
• Support HR compliance efforts, including documentation and audits
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organisational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
• A team player with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative
